Mount Everest
Mount Everest (8,848
meters) is the highest peak in the world. It lies on the border between Nepal
and Tibet. Here we can find various species of the birds and animals and the
various natural vegetation conserved in the Sagarmatha National Park. It is
located in the Solukhunbu district and is approachable through trekking
and flights which take-offs from Kathmandu. Solukhumbu district can be
defined as the gate-way to the Mount Everest.
